We use our extensive resources to obtain payment and make contact with your debtor
Ver-Tex Solutions, is a debt collections company which specialises in debt collection, tracing and legal collections. We offer our clients an efficient end-to-end debt collection service, ranging from sending letters, SMS, calling the debtors to successfully processing legal claims through the South African Magistrates Courts, if necessary.
We have many years of experience in creating customised collection strategies with the view to activate the account in the shortest possible timeframe. Whether you need a specific service or the end-to-end solution, we can offer you a full range of debt recovery services to suit your requirements.
This department focuses on low value unsecured debt with the objective to activate the account.
We offer a well-equipped debt collection call centre with well skilled, motivated and trained staff, who can deal with both delinquent debtors, the resolving of disputes and in client liaison.
We understand that we are dealing with your money and that our efforts directly affect the health and prosperity of your business.
With this in mind our collection agents will establish contact with your debtors through quality telephone calls, SMS and letter of demands.
We have many years of experience creating customised collection strategies. We are utilising an in-house developed customised workflow driven collection system, which allow for automated reporting.
Our aim is to resolve most cases without using the legal process, however if a debtor refuses to pay, the only alternative to ensure successful recuperation of the outstanding debt, is litigation.
Taking legal action against a debtor is the second phase of action in our recovery process. Even though every effort is created to encourage payment, some debtors only react to court proceedings
When used correctly, litigation can be an effective method of debt recovery. Our litigation strategy ensures that only cases most appropriate for court action are taken down the litigation route. We institute legal action on your behalf against any debtor capable of paying and unwilling to pay.
Through this approach we utilise a contracted network of field agents who attend to the completion of trace packs, inclusive of an Acknowledgement of Debt with a repayment arrangement and a financial affordability assessment.
Should any debtor default on their repayment arrangement we will institute legal action on your behalf with the view to obtain judgment in the jurisdiction where the debtor resides.
The cost of this process can only be finalised once we have had the opportunity of meeting with you to:
Agree on the collection strategy and approach
Ascertain the value of the handovers and
The age of the accounts, etc.
